Before I went to law school, I held sales and business development positions in the fiber optic and broadband infrastructure industry, including work with outside plant (OSP) networks, cable operators, and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployment. I worked closely with contractors, engineers, vendors, and business owners helping to solve practical problems, support network projects, and navigate the realities of doing business in fast-moving technical environments.
Over time, I saw how often contracts, risk allocation, business relationships, and legal decisions shaped the success or failure of those efforts. That experience ultimately led me to law school and, eventually, to building a practice focused on practical guidance for individuals and businesses.
Today, I work with clients on matters involving business counsel, contracts, employment agreements, estate planning, probate administration, and other legal issues that affect people’s businesses, livelihoods, and day-to-day lives.
My goal for “Insights” is to provide clear, straightforward, and practical insight into how the law intersects with business, infrastructure, technology, work, and everyday decision-making. I don’t want to overwhelm readers with legal jargon. Instead I want to offer a useful perspective on the law that is informed by my personal experience.
Thanks for reading. I look forward to the conversation.
